FreedomTruth Ministries exists to share the life-transforming, hope-giving gospel of Jesus Christ. Located in Tulsa, OK this ministry seeks to reach specific groups with the gospel, enable those in need to find practical help, and share expressions of art that glorify Jesus Christ.
FreedomTruth Ministries was legally formed in 2020, but the gospel ministry has been active since 2006 with the creation of the website www.FreedomTruth.org. This website was initially created with the single intention of sharing the gospel, but it has grown over the years. It now serves as a point of connection, where Tulsans can find the local organizations who provide the practical help they may need. It also provides a growing library of resources to help believers grow in their walk with God. He is the giver of real freedom! Since 2015, the people of FreedomTruth Ministries have also been involved in homeless ministry by participating in chapel services at The Dream Center, John 3:16 Mission, and the Salvation Army Center of Hope.
Scripture reveals the heart of God, and this is our heart as well:
"The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free, to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor." – Luke 4:18-29
FreedomTruth Ministries also has a passion for the arts. The arts are able to touch the heart and soul in ways that mere words cannot. What a powerful tool to use for the Kingdom of God! Music has been a huge part of our homeless ministry – and it will become a major part of our other ministries as we move forward in God’s providence, along with other types of performing arts

We realize it may take years for some of these dreams to become reality. That's okay! This is a marathon, not a sprint. We thank you for your interest, prayers, and support!

VOLUNTEER/NEEDS
No ministry can succeed without people! Kingdom work is achieved by the body of Christ loving, serving, and giving together. FreedomTruth Ministries would be honored to work side-by-side with you as we labor for God's Kingdom. Please see the open needs below and contact us if you would like to help.
Need # 1 - Help is needed with our Saturday morning street ministry in downtown Tulsa. This ministry is focused on the homeless population, and is performed on the street in front of The Tulsa Day Center. We currently need people who are willing to mingle with the homeless, strike up conversations, be friendly, and share the spiritual truth of Jesus in a Spirit-led way. We start at 8:00 AM and stay for an hour or two. We typically see the same people week-after-week, so our goal is to develop relationships and share spiritual truth in a relaxed manner, loving them as Jesus would. Need # 2 - We need billboards in the Tulsa area to advertise FreedomTruth.org to lower income areas of the city (see FreedomTruth.org above, in the "Our Ministries" section). We are dependent on the generosity of others. If you own billboards and would like to donate space, or if you'd like to give financially for this purpose - please contact us through this website. We are a 501(c)(3) and all gifts are tax deductible.
